Lee Plaza Hotel is an abandoned 16-story apartment building located at 2240 West Grand Boulevard, Detroit, Michigan. Lee Plaza was built by Ralph T. Lee, a real estate developer who had built and sold over $10 million dollars of apartments and homes. Lee Plaza closed permanently in 1997, and the building was abandoned.

The Woodward Avenue Presbyterian Church is an abandoned church located at 8501 Woodward Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. It was built in the Gothic revival style by the architect Sidney Badgley and was active to worshippers from 1911 to 2004.

Urbex Detroit. Ternstedt Manufacturing Co. was founded in 1916 and demolished in 2010. Building appears to have been abandoned in the 1980's or early 1990's. It's wood roof rapidly decayed, leaving a steel skeleton that was picked apart by scrappers.
