We prepared 40+ Photos of the abandoned dry cargo ship Yeruslan. The dry-cargo ship Yeruslan, abandoned right in the middle of the Amur Bay at anchorage, was built in Hungary in 1967.
For 2 years the ship stood arrested for debts on the roadstead in the middle of the Amur Bay. The crew lived on the ship until the fall of 2016, but as soon as the fuel ran out, the crew left the ship, taking with them all the most valuable equipment.
The History of General Cargo Ship Yeruslan
General cargo ship Yeruslan (flag of Cambodia) for many years transported used foreign cars from Japan. The ship was arrested and left on the roadstead in the Amur Bay in September 2015. For 2 years, the ship stood untouched, but in the winter of 2016-2017, the sailors and the crew guarding the dry cargo ship left it.
Right before the eyes of only 700,000 of the city, the ship was robbed by residents for two months with absolute impunity. The marauders posted pictures of the stolen goods in the background of the ship on social networks. It got to the point that someone opened the Kingstones and set fire to the plundered ship, but by some miracle, the ship did not sink and did not cause an environmental disaster. Later the ship was towed to the shore to one of the bases, where it stands to this day.
